Drivers who approach a bus stop in a dense built-up area where a bus has stopped must, if the driver of the bus indicates he is moving, reduce speed and, if necessary, stop so that the bus can leave the bus stop. The driver of the bus is not, however, exempt from demonstrating particular caution in order to avoid danger.
Drivers who approach a school bus that has stopped to on-board or disembark passengers, must demonstrate particular attentiveness. The same applies when a school bus leaves such a location. The driver must be especially aware of whether children are on the roadway or on the way off the roadway.
